Immigration in freedom.

Formally, I graduated in 2010 from the National University of Art and Philosophy in Odessa City. However, I felt neither the confidence nor strength that characterizes a pioneer after a hard day in the garden of knowledge. My education was limited to the theories of verbiage, and thus, sour. With a confused mind, I felt a nagging hunger for creativity and common sense while chafing against a corrupt system, which was stealing my energy. I do like to use myself to the last drop, I decided to leave behind a boring life for new worlds. I have visited many countries, but have fallen in love with the US. Here, I have been able to block the verbiage with a language barrier and, finally, keep myself in my own world of visual perception through colors and signs. It’s like being a child again. I wondered: HERE! A public toilet, an emergency room, the Salvation Army, the Red Cross? Architectural features of buildings, their character, the predominant color of font or style in signs all served as my guides. Standardization in the US can be misleading. Often one cannot find the difference between a cinema and a casino, a hospital and a hotel, or a pharmacy and a cafe.

In fact, I had opened a second reality already existing in another part of the world. This creation, or discovery process, I believe, was the beginning of my creative work. Where schools and programs failed to cultivate my artistic drive, the animal instinct to adapt has proved more useful. In one year, I have realized that the individual is a unit, which thrives on communication, but ultimately finds meaning in solitude. I paused my life to prevent the invasion of stress, taking time for self-education. Image - it is the first and fastest channel that connects thinking beings. Language is my means of transmission here, BUT in another space language does not exist at all! Design - this is the push to create an alternate language for communication! For me personally, it is most important to create the future, constantly educate myself, travel and have the ability to work for a better world. The ocean of opportunity never ceases to fill because we will never have enough time for everything that exists in this world. We are mortal, in contrast to our work. And if I can help one person beyond myself - in the depth and width of this ocean we can add waves of heritage - so that human culture turns itself into a giant speaking for all in one voice: “LIFE. FUTURE. BEAUTY.”

This is my family background, for me there is no concept of homeland. I do not identify as a woman or a man. Humanity has many features, but sometimes such ties to identity interfere with becoming human.
